  • Angelsong was originally released on October 3, 2008 with the release of the Shards of Alara Magic The Gathering edition. This card has since been reprinted in 2 sets, with the artistry all being drawn by the same artist.
    With the release of the Divine vs. Demonic version of Angelsong on April 10, 2009, 2 changes were made to the card. They include:
    • The text on Angelsong was altered to say: Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn.
