History Of The Card Ambush Party

Ambush Party was originally released on October 1995 with the release of the Homelands Magic The Gathering edition. This card has since been reprinted in 2 sets, with 2 artists contributing to the various card designs.

With the release of the Fifth Edition version of Ambush Party on March 1997, The flavortext on Ambush Party was modified to read: "Fair fight? I'll take survival over chivalry any day!" —Tor Wauki, Bandit King
